Incident Management Plan
We would like to reassure all of our existing and new customers that a full Business Continuity and Incident Management Plan is in place to manage and prepare for the impact of COVID-19, including the provision for a company-wide work from home scenario. At this stage, we do not anticipate any major issues in our ability to continue delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
TDSGS will leverage the available technology to attend to our clients’ needs during this time despite travel restrictions and other challenges that will impact the business operations.
If there are any changes on resources, methods or tools that will be using, we will closely collaborate with you directly to ensure well-ordered business delivery or operations.
Given the situation, all members of our team are working from home. Rest assured that necessary measures are taken to ensure the security of data. When physical documents or delivery is required, we will make necessary logistics so that the safe delivery or collection will be carried out.
