Technology services provider Ingram Micro celebrated 10 years in the Philippines with a light Coachella-themed weekend rock concert.
Rock Mnl 2019 featured current hits from bands like Parokya Ni Edgar, December Avenue, This Band, Ransom Collective, and Ely Buendia last May 5, Saturday at the Circuit Grounds in Makati.
In time for its annual spring/summertime family day event and 10-year anniversary, the rock concert was Ingram Micro’s way of celebrating and paying homage to its associates, employees and their families.
Sam White, Executive Director of HR, likewise said the concert embodies two of their six-pronged IMENGAGED workforce engagement program.
One of these is Social Responsibility, which is part of Ingram Micro’s fun-at-work campaign. The other one, Rewards and Recognition, thereby rewards employees for dedication, loyalty, performance and talent.
Meanwhile, its other engagement dimensions are Health and Wellness, Diversity and Inclusion, Career Growth and Development, and Overall Organization Governance.

All of our global country executives or regional country executives, when they come here, know people by name. So I think that that’s a very strong message to the culture of our organization.”
