Over the past half a decade living in the Philippines starting at age 35, Eric has gained valuable knowledge on the local culture and talent market.
In fact, Eric comes from a 20-year career in the restaurant industry, moving his way up from busboy to general manager of a successful and thriving restaurant.
Then TDS offered him a new career opportunity in recruitment, starting as an entry-level phone screener. With hard work, dedication and lots of support and guidance from his office colleagues, he made it through as Senior Account Manager for Executive Search in just 4½ years.
These experiences have now given Eric invaluable expertise and experience in customer service, client relationship management, business development, account management, and end-to-end recruitment solutions.
After an exciting and rewarding five years living in the Philippines from his native Detroit, with careful consideration he has decided it is time for him to move back to his home in the US. Nevertheless, he says he will continue the close relationships he was able to establish and develop with clients and candidates in the Philippines.
His goal now is to strengthen these relationships through close collaboration between Philippine and US counterparts.

Moreover, he says he will help promote the Philippines as the preferred choice to outsource business and at the same time offer the same quality service and results to new US clients.
