TDS Global Solutions joins the People Management Association of the Philippines specifically for the 56th PMAP Conference in Lahug, Cebu.
Judy Whisenhunt, COO of TDS, will be one of the conference panelists particularly at Waterfront Cebu on July 17-20. Eden Caguiat, TDS Director for Executive Search and Managed Services, will also be joining the conference.
The event will henceforth focus on challenges that the people management industry currently faces, and how to overcome them. Hence the verbal highlight on the themes of “excelling” and “accelerating,” to form the words “excellerating.”
Amid disruption like automation particularly in the fourth industrial revolution, PMAP is pivoting to “excellerate” the industry. PMAP therefore sees the need to drive people excellence and accelerate better people management.
Disruption, for example, includes the rapid rate of technological advancements and its impact on business models and people, PMAP cited.
The conference aims to then upgrade competencies and improve strategies for the workforce to learn new skills. Moreover, it aims to keep the human in Human Resources (HR) in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Just last year, TDS and PMAP worked in partnership for an executive business forum in Makati together with LinkedIn.
In particular, this event in September 2018 was the second leg of LinkedIn’s Era of Talent Intelligence forum series.
